Welcome to Bendigo's Western Jerky

Where fantastic jerky and great company come together!

Established by a group of legends in Great Western during the quieter times of the COVID pandemic, the business officially opened in July 2021.

In June 2025, the business changed ownership and moved to Bendigo, Victoria. The only aspect that has altered is the location; we continue to utilize the same excellent recipes to craft our outstanding product.

At Bendigo Western Jerky, we believe in keeping things straightforward—no gimmicks, just tasty jerky.
